Safety Control

Safety is the first requirement of children's toys, and FORESTOY fully integrates and strictly implements each of the following safety standards in the toy production process. Insisting on the delivery of safe toys is the principle of FORESTOY's operation, as well as FORESTOY's systematic management capability.

The Establishment And Strengthening Of Employee Safety Awareness

Every new employee who joins FORESTOY must receive a training on ‘testing and safety standards’ of toys and pass the examination.Safety standards and related case studies is an indispensable part of the company's annual training

Safety Control from Initial Design to Finished Product

Safety assessment of a new design

For every new design, the quality inspection team together with the design and sales team will analyse and evaluate the potential safety risk of the product when it is first set up from the safety point of view, and then a timely and effective amendment and improvement will be made.

Safety of structure

when the white embryo samples come out, FORESTOY uses our own laboratory testing tools to test the physical and mechanical properties of the products first to ensure the stability of the structure, and avoid the occurrence of small objects and quality issues.

Safety of chemical composition

For paints, glues and other chemical materials, FORESTOY carries out strict control from the purchasing process to ensure the use of professional branded products;

Safety of accessories

It usually comes from different suppliers for the different kinds of accessories. FORESTOY takes pains to purchase the ones with existing testing reports;

Packaging safety assessment

FORESTOY takes into full consideration of the product transportation safety when working out the packaging; A carton drop test is to be processed before delivery.

Every toy produced by FORESTOY must undergo various physical and mechanical tests in the factory from the initial stage of its birth to its gradual improvement to ensure the safety of the product structure. These tests include small object test, drop test, torque and tension test, colour fastness test, etc. ......

All toys produced by FORESTOY are certified by the internationally recognized testing agencies such as SGS, TUV, BV and ITS etc.

Step 04

Dual Quality Inspection

In Line QC

FORESTOY's QC inspects the factory and conducts an on-site sampling checking every day, if any operation or production is found not to meet the safety standards,they are required to make a correction and rework at once.

Pre-shipment QC

Our regular AQL execution standard is major 2.5/minor 4.0, according to which, we strictly carry out a safety and quality inspection pre-shipments. Insisting on the delivery of safe toys is the primary principle of FORESTOY, is also what FORESTOY is capable of.

QC INSPECTION SERVICE

Forestoy QC team offer free inspection service. There are three free inspections:

The first quality inspection is after the sample production of the bulk;
The second quality inspection is during the mid-production;
The third quality inspection is before shipment.

In addition, we also accept third-party inspection. But the cost of third-party inspection shall be borne by customers.
