Step 01
Enquiry
Accept customer enquiry, communicate and reply ASAP. After fully confirm the customer's needs, price calculation and quotation.
Step 02
Design
Refine the design according to the production process and target price control, or form a new design according to the customer's ideas.
Step 03
Sample
Develop a sample, pass the testing, confirm the sample.
Step 04
Approval & Order
Confirmation of order execution points such as design, price, payment terms, product quantity, packaging, and delivery date.
Step 05
Payment
Inform our factory to start the production process after receiving the deposit or an irrevocable L/C at sight according to the contractual agreement.
Step 06
Production
From raw material procurement, processing and production, inline quality inspection, product packaging, and pre-shipment inspection, we expect to complete production within 50-60 days.
Step 07
Inspection
We offer free inspection service,include sample inspection before bulk production,the mid-production inspection,inspection before shipment.

Shipping
Contact the shipping company,arrange the delivery.

Customer Service
Follow up the customer's after-sales feedback, timely deal with the customer's needs.

- Product idea or Reference images；
- Check Forestoy's catalog,choose the product you preferred;
- Target Market and Target Price.
We Can Do：
- Improve the design drawings according to production requirements.
- Confirm the perfect design with the customer.
- Arrange white mould.
- Reconfirm the accuracy of the design based on the white mould.
- Complete preliminary physical testing of samples at the factory.
- Complete the production of the final sample and send it to the customer.
Sample Delivery Time：
- 7-10 days after design confirmation.
